• The same individual may not create more than one account
• Opening an account using another person's identity is not permitted
• Personal betting accounts cannot be opened in the name of a business or organisation

Deposit Limits

The maximum daily deposit limit on ace bet is ৳20 lakh, with a weekly limit of ৳50 lakh. These limits may vary for VIP members. Deposits cannot be withdrawn without wagering activity.

Withdrawing your winnings from ace bet is quick and straightforward. However, a few key rules apply:

General Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳10 lakh (standard members)
• The deposit must be wagered at least once (1x rollover)
• Bonus rollover requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit

KYC Verification

KYC verification is required on ace bet for withdrawals of ৳1 lakh or more. This requires a scan of your National ID or passport along with proof of current address. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

Odds & Limits

Ace bet uses decimal odds. The minimum bet is ৳50, while the maximum bet varies depending on the market and event. VIP members benefit from significantly higher betting limits. The limit for each market is displayed on the bet slip.

Parlay Bet Rules

Parlay bets may include between 2 and 15 selections. If any single selection in a parlay is incorrect, the entire bet is lost. Cancelled selections are calculated at odds of 1.00 within the parlay.

Ace bet offers some of the most generous bonus programs available in Bangladesh. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once (unless otherwise stated)
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — rollover requirements must be met first
• Welcome bonus rollover: 8x the deposit + bonus amount
• Only eligible markets and games count toward rollover calculations (see the promotions page)
• Ace bet reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of suspected misuse

Bonus Validity

All ace bet bonuses must be used within 30 days of being claimed. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited after expiry. You may contact support to request an extension — however, ace bet is under no obligation to grant one.

Ace bet is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Match-fixing or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event
• Use of hacking, bots, or automated software
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Fraudulent use of the bonus system (arb betting)
• Copying or using ace bet's data or systems without authorization
• Creating an account with false information or submitting forged KYC documents

Ace bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions may result in
• Registering with false or misleading information
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (1 year)

Account Closure by the User

• Step 3: If unresolved, the senior review team will issue a final decision within 14 days
• Step 4: If the issue remains unresolved, you may proceed to international arbitration

Limitation of Liability

Ace bet is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet outages, or other unforeseeable circumstances. However, any losses directly resulting from ace bet's own errors will be addressed and resolved.
